These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and Komslot (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "Komslot", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Komslot platform, website, and all associated products and services accessible atkomslot.cam

To be eligible to register and maintain a Komslot Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law ("Restricted Jurisdiction"). It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be an existing Account holder. The Company permits one (1) Account person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Multiple Account ownership is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by the Company due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have voluntarily registered on the platform and must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation.

To access Real Money Games on the Komslot platform, you must complete the Account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must notify the Company promptly of any changes to this information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: The Company is required to verify the identity of its users as a condition of operating under its licensing framework. Before processing withdrawals, or when otherwise determined necessary by the Company's compliance function, you will be required to submit KYC documentation, which typically includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts with incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed. You agree not to provide false documentation, impersonate another person, or attempt to circumvent the KYC process in any way. Such conduct constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant authorities.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Access the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates third-party wagering through your Account;
• Share your Account credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your Account.

The Platform and all associated games, odds, markets, and content are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, market, or feature at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

The Company supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary based on the payment provider involved.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• There must be no active wagering requirements attached to your current balance arising from accepted bonuses;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply as displayed on the withdrawal interface;

• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

The Company does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Currency conversions, where applicable, are performed at the Company's prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

The Company may offer various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and migration bonuses. General Bonus Conditions:

• Each promotional offer is available to one Account person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be managed as separate balances on the platform. Where a bonus balance exists, your real-money balance may be subject to restrictions until bonus wagering conditions are met;
• The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, through the use of automated tools, or in breach of any applicable terms;
• Bonuses expire as specified in their respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account;
• A player who requests a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements will forfeit any active bonus balance and associated winnings from bonus play.

All wagers placed on the Komslot platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game category — slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, or otherwise. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all categories include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. No refunds will be given on placed bets other than in circumstances explicitly provided for in the relevant game rules;
• Odds, RTP percentages, and game mechanics are as displayed on the platform at the time of play. The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome or rate of return;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during a game round or live event, the Company reserves the right to void affected round and return stakes to the Player's Account. No further claims arising from the malfunction shall be accepted;
• For sports betting markets: in the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules displayed on the relevant market page;
• Mix Parlay and combination bets are subject to their own specific rules regarding void legs, cancellations, and settlement procedures;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Komslot platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one (1) Account, whether directly or through any third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or funds without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to interact with games or betting markets;
• Coluding with other players in any manner that distorts fair play, particularly in live dealer games;
• Abusing promotions, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, systematically staking in a pattern designed to exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse"), or referring fictitious individuals under the referal programme;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic risk-free play across promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation method.

All content on the Komslot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Komslot name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary mark of the Company without the Company's prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any purpose without the Company's express prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform and all games services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling on the Komslot platform is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not designed to be, and should not be treated as, a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any game, bet, or wagering event is uncertain. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to seek help promptly if gambling ceases to be recreational for you.

The Company provides a range of responsible gambling tools accessible to all Account holders, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and the option to self-exclude from the platform for a specified or indefinite period. Strict 21+ Policy: The Komslot platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. The Company will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including identity verification and cooperation with any responsible gambling authority that flags a potential underage user.

The Company collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and subsequent Account use — including identity documents submitted for KYC purposes, payment details, and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with regulatory obligations, detecting and preventing fraud, and improving our services.

The Company does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers engaged by the Company (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection systems) under contractual data protection obligations. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that:

• The Account holder has breached these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• The Account holder has provided false or fraudulent information;
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns have been detected;
• The Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• Retaining the Account would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• Required by any applicable law, regulation, or directive.

User-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Company's support team. If the closure request is motivated by problem gambling concerns, the Company's responsible gambling team will discuss appropriate self-exclusion options with you.

Upon Account closure (whether Company-initiated or user-initiated), any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account — net of any applicable bonus-related forfeitures — will be returned to the Account holder via the payment method of record, subject to KYC verification requirements being met in full.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated under its international gaming licence.

You agree that any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through the Company's support and complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Malaysian users are reminded that they access the Platform subject to Malaysian law and are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local legislation.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The Company recommends reviewing this page each time you log in if you have not visited the Platform for an extended period.
